What the heck was the city putting in the water!? When Joseph first dove into the pool, he was a nerdy college student, but after emerging, he was a smokin' hot blonde. He was thankful that a previous swimmer had left her suit, otherwise his new boobs would be completely exposed. However, he just wans't sure how he'd ever be able to explain this to anyone. Would anyone even believe him?
